Qualifications
A global law firm seeks to hire an associate with 2 – 4 years of experience to join their dynamic Investment Management Practice Group.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-4 years of experience in the fund formation and/or investment management practice areas. Additional areas of experience and expertise include drafting various documents associated with offering U.S. and offshore private funds, including offering documents, operating agreements, subscription agreements and ancillary documents and agreements, as well as familiarity with U.S. securities laws, including the Investment Advisers Act and the Commodity Exchange Act. Experience with corporate law and corporate transactions would also be beneficial. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as a collegial and team-oriented approach toward problem-solving.
