Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of patent litigation experience and must be admitted to practice in Washington. A pharmaceutical-related background is preferred. Admission to practice in the U.S.P.T.O. is also preferred. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced IP Litigation attorneys who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. We require excellent oral and written communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
