Qualifications
A global law firm seeks to hire a junior associate to join their dynamic Intellectual Property Procurement and Portfolio Management practice.
The ideal candidate must have a background in electrical engineering up to three years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Candidates must also be admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice and in good standing before one or more state bars. The associate will be involved in a variety of intellectual property matters, including those involving patent, trademark and copyright preparation, prosecution and counseling, licensing, opinion work and litigation support.
