Overview
Lewis Brisbois, an Am Law 100 firm with 1500 attorneys and 55 locations servicing 40 practice areas, is seeking a Staff Recruiter to join our team. The Staff Recruiter is responsible for identifying and recruiting legal professionals as requested by Managing Partners, Administrative Partners, and the National Director of Recruiting. This position can sit in any of our office locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the firm's culture and needs.
- Collaborate with hiring partners to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in staff recruitment, preferably within a law firm or legal search firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring partners, and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
