The Director of Social Services is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of social service programs aimed at supporting individuals both in long term care as well as acute settings. Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of social workers and support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate social service programs tailored to the needs of residents and patients.
• Manage relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to promote collaboration and resource sharing.
• Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support in crisis situations, utilizing behavioral health expertise to address client needs.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages professional development and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,542.00 - $100,000.00 per year
