YOU WILL :
- Lead pivotal financial examinations nationwide, adhering to the highest standards of compliance and risk assessment.
- Enhance examination methodologies through innovative practices, utilizing both on-site and remote technologies.
- Mentor and develop a team of examiners, promoting a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Analyze financial data to support informed regulatory actions and maintain insurer's financial health.
- Facilitate collaboration with insurance company leaders and state regulators to ensure examination findings are clearly communicated and resolved.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt examination strategies effectively.
