Summary:
General understanding of completion operations and a specialized knowledge of hydraulic fracturing.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Promotes a culture of safety as a mindset, preservation of assets and continuous improvement in line with that of the Lewis Energy Group family.
Improves upon the operational systems, processes and policies in the Completion Services business units.
Performs planning, organizing and implementing functional procedures in accordance with managed quarterly and annual budgets.
Focuses on long-term strategy geared toward safety and operational excellence.
Ability to provide technical support to Field Supervisors on a regular basis. Ability to interpret graphs and analyze trends. Understanding of fracturing fluids (slickwater, gelled/crosslink fluid) and analytical skillset to perform inventory management of sand and chemicals. Ability to track affiliated job time and understand how to classify operational down time. Learn and interpret safety measures and protocols.
Ability to determine estimated material consumption for upcoming jobs.
Responsible for QAQC of Sabino operations. Test and analyzes water, fluid, and sand samples prior to the job. Responsible for chemical and sand inventory.
Responsible for requesting quotes and PO’s for upcoming jobs.
Responsible for QAQC and operation of data acquisition software for Sabino operations.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to: Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
