Responsibilities
The Intern will perform project related work for the in-house legal department, including research, writing, and contract analysis. The intern will have an opportunity to interact with personnel and provide real solutions to situations involved.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Pursuing a juris doctorate degree in an accredited institution.
Other:
- Demonstrated interest in oil and gas law.
- Demonstrated good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office suite, etc.) are also required.
