Overview
Lewis Energy Group is looking for a highly motivated Measurement Technician I to join our midstream team. The Measurement Technician I installs, maintains, operates and ensures accuracy of all-natural gas and/or liquid measurement and control facilities. They will also be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Builds antenna tower; digs holes, mixes cement, installs communication equipment, at pre-determined locations.
- Installs power, programs equipment and lays communication wires between meter and well head.
- Stations electronic equipment at wellhead to measure pressures and program and calibrate equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience to include the following:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record

The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme heat; explosives; risk of radiation and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
