The Role
We are seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Pipeline Operator to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will perform mechanical functions to maintain high levels of safe and productive equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing mechanical equipment.
- Assist in generating and maintaining required logs.
- Collaborate with operations, I&E, and other work groups as needed.
- Participate in available cross-training programs to develop skills in areas specific to other operators.
- Attend all safety meetings and training courses as required by regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Minimum one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of industry-related maintenance and repair standards.
- Knowledge of general design and operation of liquid or gas pipelines.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
