Description
Summary - The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day management of field operations activities for the Company.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Oversight, evaluation and delegation of operational leadership and execution to Operations Managers and Regional Managers.
- Ensuring field operations utilize relevant safety resources to ensure the safe execution of all services and aid in identifying supplemental training as needed.
- Ensure operations activities are conducted in support of the Company core values of Safety, Quality, Integrity & Accountability.
- Collaboration with operations leadership and fleet management to ensure capital equipment resources are available and equitably distributed throughout the Company operations centers.
- Monitoring and coaching to ensure Quality Assurance & Quality Control in the preparedness and execution of field operations.
- Monitor utilization of capital equipment resources and personnel unbillable time to support budget and profitability goals of the Company.
- Assessment of all operations centers capacity and preparedness to ensure field operations are supported with proper resources and to ensure compliance with environmental regulatory agencies, workplace safety and Department of Transportation agencies.
- Ensure proper application of performance coaching opportunities and the implementation of disciplinary action policies as defined in support of standards of conduct in the company handbook.
- Ensure collaboration between operations centers to maximize utilization of Lewis resources and personnel and to ensure timely and quality response to customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Company business development and project management team to build strong customer relationships and meet the sales goals established in the annual budget.
- Facilitate dispute resolution as needed for personnel and on-site operations execution.
- Active participation on sites warranting senior leadership influence, coaching or support; planned and after-hour emergency response events.

Salary Description
105K - $115K
