Community Administrator - Chino, CA.
Lewis Apartment Communities has an immediate opening for a full-time Community Administrator at one of its largest properties, Homecoming at The Preserve, located in Chino, CA.
As our new Community Administrator, you will work alongside with the General Manager and Homecoming team to provide a variety of services to current and potential residents at this busy, beautiful and large Lewis community.
In your new role as Community Administrator, your job duties will include:
- Managing the resident services desk
- Administering monthly rent collection
- Maintaining resident files
- Managing incoming mail/packages/resident deliveries
- Working alongside the maintenance and leasing staff
- Answering phones/email
- Handling resident inquiries/questions
- Promoting an overall positive, proactive first and lasting impression of the community
This position will also assist with various community projects, activities and events and will require exceptional customer service and solid administrative skills. Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel is required. Previous experience in an upscale retail, hotel or customer service environment is highly preferred.
Please note: The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm and the days off are Tues & Wed.
