COMMUNITY DIRECTOR - Rancho Cucamonga, CA
About your new Career:
Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest Real Estate developers in the nation, has an immediate opening for an experienced Community Director at Montecito, a beautiful 256-unit apartment community located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As our successful candidate, you will effectively create marketing and management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, staff supervision, property value, community maintenance, and EXCELLENT customer service.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Consistent leadership to the Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds-keeping staff
- Budgets & Property marketing
- Hiring, motivation, monitoring, and rewarding of your team
- Reports, variances, occupancy, etc.
- Ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction
- Working with OneSite and MS Office (Word, Excel)
To be successful, your background should include:
- 3 years of property management experience.
- A strong financial insight with experience managing budgets and financial reports.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as HAP program familiarity.
- A basic understanding of resident/tenant law, Fair Housing, and MS Office skills is also required.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Days off for this position are Saturday and Sunday.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Lewis offers you a competitive salary of $77K-$83K PLUS annual bonus potential, along with a variety of medical/dental benefits plans, life insurance, $100/month cellphone allowance, a 401k plan with company match and more.
