COMMUNITY DIRECTOR - Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Lewis Apartment Communities has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Apartment Community Director to lead the team at one of our beautiful community, Jamboree.

The successful candidate will effectively create marketing and management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, property value, community maintenance, and EXCELLENT customer service in this beautiful and established Lewis-owned community.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to progress your skills as a Community Director by taking charge of your own development while also developing and managing a team of one.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Budgeting & Property Marketing
- Apartment leasing and various administrative tasks
- Maintaining resident files
- Managing reports such as variances, occupancy, etc.
- Promoting consistent resident satisfaction
- Working with OneSite and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
The most successful candidate will have 3 years of property management experience. A strong financial insight with experience managing budgets and financial reports. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as HAP program familiarity. A basic understanding of resident/tenant law, Fair Housing, and MS Office skills is also required. A valid drivers license is preferred.
