GROUNDSKEEPER SUPERVISOR/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - Chino, CA
Lewis Apartment Communities currently seeks an experienced Groundskeeper Supervisor/ Maintenance Technician for Homecoming at The Preserve, a beautiful and large community in Chino, CA.
To be successful, you should have prior apartment maintenance experience with some staff supervision background.
In your role, you will assist in the supervision of groundskeeper staff and operations, while providing solid skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including:
- Strong all-around maintenance skills in the apartment industry
- Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, stoves, etc.) installation and repair
- Making ready units for new occupancy
- Interaction with community manager and staff
- Maintaining units of current residents
- Coordinating work with outside vendors
- Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
- Supervising a team of community Groundskeepers/Porters
NOTE: This position requires reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
