RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS wanted for upscale Apartment Community - Reno, NV

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks experienced residential Maintenance Technician for full-time careers located at Homecoming at Kiley Ranch in Sparks, NV.
To be considered, you should have previous RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
Our best Maintenance Techs have skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including:
1. Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry
2. Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc.) installation and repair
3. HVAC Certification is a big plus!
5. Making ready units for new occupancy
6. Maintaining units of current residents
7. Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
8. A great customer service personality and work ethic
Note: These responsibilities are a general summary of the job duties performed. Other duties may be required, as needed.
Other requirements:
- Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed
- Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.
- Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.
- Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the public by speaking/reading/writing English.
