Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of the Lewis Group of Companies, one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking a professional, personable sales superstar for the important full-time career of Portfolio Leasing Consultant.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: This career will rove among the portfolio of Inland Empire-area Lewis communities, leading sales processes and superior service to potential and current residents of our upscale apartment communities. You will be required to meet sales goals, and leasing ratios and maintain milestones in customer service and resident satisfaction, throughout the sales process. Please note: This career will also require 25% air travel to other CA and Nevada regions within the Lewis portfolio of communities.

Your Salary & Perks: In addition to mileage reimbursement, this career will start with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour plus a strong sales commission structure leads you to a starting annual salary potential of high $50k - high $60k/year to start, or more depending on your community and performance. You will receive a $650 clothing allowance for your wardrobe, $450 wardrobe each subsequent year, $100/month cellphone reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, annual bonuses and raises, a variety of benefits plans, a 401k with company match, training and much more.
