About your new Career:
Lewis Apartment Communities is hiring now for a full-time Renovation Laborer position to work on small to large-scale renovations of our large apartment communities and their surrounding amenities.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Haul demolished materials to the trash & assist with demolition processes
- Sweep saw dust and other debris around work areas
- Complete small Painting jobs
- Be responsible for maintaining safely delineators and caution tape
- Spread materials for the Renovation Techs & organize storage areas and bins
- Assist with the lifting of heavy wood and other materials
- Jack hammer & dig footings
- Mix Concrete
- Assist Renovation Techs with their work processes
- Maintain an adequate supply of drinking water

- Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed
- Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.
- Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.
- Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the general public by speaking/reading/writing English.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
In this role, you will join a great team for exterior renovation projects for multiple one & two-story apartment communities throughout the Inland Empire area. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, working Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. Candidates must have good transportation, valid license, and have previous experience with basic tools. Background and drug-screen will be required at hire.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
In addition to an hourly salary of $21.50/hour, Lewis offers a variety of medical/dental benefits, $100/month cellphone allowance, a 401k plan, annual bonus and raise potential, training, insurance and much more.
