Commercial Fulfillment Manager (Position is remote but must live in one of these states PA, NJ, MD, DE, or VA)
Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Commercial Fulfillment Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Commercial Fulfillment processes, Post Closing Functions, Centralized Funding, and collateral perfection.
- Ensure all processes are developed and executed in a manner that delivers automated integration and quality output for loan boarding.
- Effectively deliver compliance outcomes with full data accuracy for loan boarding and life of loan servicing of account.
- Manage pathways within commercial loan fulfillment which includes both internally prepared documents and attorney prepared documents.
- Strong understanding of loan documentations to provide guidance on interaction with attorneys.
- Accountable for pipeline tracking in all areas of responsibility, compliance with applicable regulations, and timely delivery of service.
- Handles the use and efficiencies of the applicable systems, workflows, and processes and facilitates the design of an efficient and scalable operation.
- Establish metrics that demonstrate team and area performance in accordance with SLAs and budget expectation.
- Head team projects, and team resources to ensure that day to day work is standardized, organized, and effective.
- Lead a “root cause” analysis to address any emerging issues.
- Collaborate with internal partners to effectively manage / limit upstream and downstream impact on processes, customer experience, and reputational impacts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience; Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 8 or more years commercial banking experience and detailed product knowledge / understanding.
- 6 or more years operational management.
- Excellent leadership skills and thoughtful decision making.
- Ability to interpret and align complex documents that support all covenants and obligated parties based on prior experience with legal language, attorney prepared loan documentation, and attorney closings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities across varying seniority levels.
