You will assist customers in finding and purchasing products, provide product information and recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Your role is essential in driving sales and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide assistance in locating products, answering questions, and offering recommendations based on their needs.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products sold in the store, including features, specifications, pricing, and applications. Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.
- Upselling and CrossSelling: Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell complementary products to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Offer additional products or accessories that meet the customer's needs.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist customers with placing special orders or requests for products that are not available instore. Coordinate with other departments or suppliers to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering quality customer service.
