Lewis Michael Consultants are hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to help our growth and expansion of serving clients throughout the United States.
We are a growing firm that specializes in the US Construction space, set up in 2020 we have grown to represent companies ranging from $50million to upwards of $8billion.
We are looking for someone who wants an opportunity to be part of a company from the start, take part in the adventure of building a brand and having immense potential to move up and grow the team.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client needs and sourcing talent through to offer negotiations and onboarding.
You’ll take full ownership of your market, sourcing top-tier talent, building lasting client relationships, and delivering creative solutions.
Your work will genuinely matter.
Requirements:
- 1 year sales or recruitment experience
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to network over the phone and face-to-face
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skills

- Uncapped commission structure (Year 1 OTE £30,000-£35,000)
