Palmer Ridge High School Lewis-Palmer School District 38, in Monument, CO, is looking for a Head Girls Volleyball Coach at Palmer Ridge High School to be responsible for Varsity, Junior Varsity and C-Squad. The Head Coach will hire and manage the coaching staff, and develop the budget, fundraising, purchasing, and control the inventory of all equipment and uniforms for the entire program. The Head Coach will manage all off-season training, pre-season training, in-season practices and games, and develop a summer and off-season program designed to enhance the student athletes' development as players. The Head Coach will also put into place character education elements into the Volleyball program that mirrors the school culture. The Head Coach will be responsible for parent communication throughout the program, keeping families informed of all activities both during, and off-season. The Head Coach will also be expected to work with other athletic programs to encourage multi-sport athletes within Palmer Ridge High School. Apply as soon as possible.
