Lewis-Palmer School District 38 in Monument, CO, is looking for a Custodian, Floater to begin as soon as possible. Must be able to contribute to a clean, orderly environment suitable for learning. Must be a dependable, flexible and willing to learn new skills and/or perfect current skills. Must have a good work ethic and be a motivated worker while working independently. Must be able to perform the tasks required to maintain the cleanliness, good order, sanitary and secure conditions. Must be capable of working reliably and independently to carry out assigned tasks and work schedules with a positive attitude. Must have a positive attitude. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm during the regular school year, and 7am to 3:30pm during the summer months. Must also be willing and able to work extra hours, as needed, for snow removal, emergencies, or for outside facility rentals. This is a year-round full time position with full benefits.
