District Wide Building Maintenance Tech II

Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is looking for a Building Maintenance Tech II as soon as possible. Must be willing and able to help keep the district's school buildings operating in a state of excellence that they present no problems with interruptions to the educational programs. Must be willing and able to provide solid maintenance and repair services to the entire school district, and demonstrate advanced performance and troubleshooting skills in the following areas: HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, welding, doorways and locks. Must have an outstanding work ethic and be able to work as part of a team with little to no supervision. A steady employment record is preferred. This is a full time, year-round position with full benefits. The starting hourly rate is not negotiable, but between $22.67-$24.54 depending on previous relevant experience.
