Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO is looking for a Reading Interventionist beginning with the 2025-26 school year. Must have or be eligible to receive a current Colorado teaching license with appropriate enodorsement. Must have teaching experience in reading and math instruction. A knowledge of Colorado assessments, DIBELS 8, as well as other elementary test protocols is beneficial and preferred. Must be a team player with strong communication skills. This position closes April 18, 2025. The start date for new teachers is August 1, 2025.
Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 17 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 18, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,000-$71,866. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website. Full-time employees, employed at least thirty hours per week, of Lewis-Palmer School District are eligible for health insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision, and a life insurance. Lewis-Palmer does provide one plan that is of no cost to the individual.
