We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager in Alexander City to lead our team and drive the success of our branch operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven record in business development and process improvement. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring profitability, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
· Partners with the General Manager and subject matter experts to develop and execute a sound and obtainable business plan.
· Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
· Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
· Leads and facilitates monthly team meetings to ensure effective communication and motivation at all levels of the organization.
· Supervise staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
· Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for revenue generation and customer engagement.
· Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of branch initiatives.
· Cultivate strong relationships with clients, and community partners to enhance brand presence.
Basic Knowledge and Competencies
· Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team management and employee engagement.
· Strong background in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
· Proficiency in profit loss management with a keen eye for financial analysis.
· Competence in project management principles to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Strategic planning capabilities that align with organizational goals and objectives.
· Excellent customer service, time management and multi-tasking skills.
· Outstanding leadership and people development skills.
· Strong financial acumen, including cognitive skills, problem analysis, decision-making and analysis.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to assess customer patterns and adjust labor and branch focus accordingly.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
- Pest Control License preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of pest control procedures, laws, current market trends, regulations.
