We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead and manage system integration projects while bridging strategic vision and execution excellence. This hybrid role combines the product-focused responsibilities of a Product Owner with the execution and team coordination strengths of a Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of integration projects, ensuring that business objectives are met, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team to define and communicate the project vision and objectives.
- Gather, prioritize, and manage business and technical requirements, translating them into user stories and actionable tasks.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product backlog, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define and communicate success criteria for integration deliverables and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integration projects, ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and transparency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and infrastructure specialists, to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Provide guidance and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Regularly communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a trusted advisor for integration-related decisions.
- Ensure a shared understanding of priorities and trade-offs among all stakeholders.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address integration challenges and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in system integration, including testing, monitoring, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in project management, product ownership, or a similar hybrid role.
- Proficient with advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proven track record of managing complex system integration projects from inception to completion.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of relevant core systems (e.g., Microsoft Azure, UKG, JD Edwards).
- Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Power Automate, SQL and python.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, version control with Git and GitHub, Azure DevOps are a plus.
- PMP, CMS, PMP-ACP or CTPM or related certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and project management software.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Experience with development of requirements and specifications for systems integration and/or implementation.
- Experience with implementing enterprise data architectures, flows, and systems integrations.
- Strong understanding of data processing, including ETL/ELT processes, and data quality standards.
- An understanding of key aspects of Master Data Management (MDM) and MDM best practices.
- Regularly required to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive keystrokes.
- Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Hybrid work environment with 3 days in office / 2 days remote work during week.
