What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Support Coordinator position at Lewis Tree Service?
The Assistant Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting multiple Support Coordinators with their daily tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Assists with reviewing, entering and verifying weekly payroll.
• Assists with posting equipment costs and production revenue to appropriate job.
• Distributes information to field personnel as it relates to their area of responsibility.
• Works with Support Coordinator assisting company personnel, customers and others with resolution to problems related to their areas of responsibility.
• Produces customer invoices.
• Responsible for processing all requested reports accurately and efficiently.
• Reviews files and documents to retrieve requests for information; reconciling invoices, data and reports.
• Completes data entry.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
• Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent accounting courses.
TECHNOLOGY, EQUIPMENT & TOOLS:
• Proficient with standard office equipment i.e. computer, phones, scanner, fax and copier.
• Knowledge of database and spreadsheet programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.

COMPENSATION: $19 - $22/hour
