As a PreAdmission Testing Registered Nurse RN, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all lab work, EKGs, and x-rays are obtained. You will initiate the PAT Protocol and prioritize pre-operative teaching for a routine day in the preadmissions area. Your responsibilities will also include documenting preoperative and discharge planning and patient teaching involving patients and their significant others.
You will be expected to present yourself in a professional manner at all times, working collaboratively with the nursing staff to advance the practice of nursing and improve positive outcomes for your patients.
