Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a PRN MRI Technician to join our team at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery, part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
Job Description:
As a MRI Tech, you will perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures, utilizing MRI equipment and your knowledge of anatomy/patient positioning for optimum imaging. You will identify anatomical orientation on all required images and ensure proper film identification. Evaluate the quality of MRI procedure and determine if additional imaging is required prior to communicating procedure information to radiologist.
Requirements:
- Two years' experience in Radiologic Technology to support on-the-job training
- One year of experience as an MRI technologist
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or accredited MRI program
- Experience in a hospital environment preferred
