RRT PRN Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team at LewisGale Hospital Pulaski, part of HCA Healthcare.
Job Summary
This is a PRN opportunity for an RRT to provide high-quality patient-centered respiratory care. As a vital member of the patient care team, you will perform diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures while monitoring patients receiving invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.

Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure.
- Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy.
- Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
- Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.
Requirements
- State Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
- Respiratory Therapy Degree – AAS or BS.
- One-year adult critical care experience.
- Previous experience with mechanical ventilation, blood gas analysis, and oximetry.
