- Supervise staff to ensure quality care is provided
- Maintain compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
You will work cooperatively with the Assisted Living Director to supervise the delivery of services provided to clients. Your leadership skills and ability to prioritize and organize work effectively will be essential in this role.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred
- Registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as an RN
- Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly and dementia
- Effective communication skills
- Leadership/supervisory skills
