This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a RN Clinical Nurse Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of healthcare services to our residents and ensuring that their health care needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate resident needs and develop effective care plans
- Supervise staff to ensure quality care is provided
- Maintain compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred
- Registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as an RN
- Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly and dementia
- Effective communication skills
- Leadership/supervisory skills
