The Clinical Nurse Manager, RN will also ensure that Lewiston Senior Living is in compliance with current Assisted Living License regulations. What you will need:
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred
- Must be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as an RN and must maintain a current and unrestricted licensure
- Possess a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly and dementia
- Possess skills to communicate effectively with clients, family members, staff, physicians and other medical providers
- Possess leadership/supervisory skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
