Your Role:
We are seeking a qualified RN Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our staff, you will ensure that the healthcare needs of all clients are met, provide training and support to staff, and maintain compliance with current regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred.
- Registered and licensed as an RN with the State of Minnesota, with ongoing licensure required.
- Sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly and individuals with dementia.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
- Ability to work irregular hours, occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays.
