Position: Fergus High School Concessions Coordinator
Reports to: Fergus High School Activities Director
SUMMARY: This position provides oversight of all concessions activities when the concession
stand is open during Fergus High School athletic events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Supervises concessions workers during events or designate lead to supervise.
? Maintain all Concession equipment cleanliness
? Schedule concession worker for each event through the winter sports season
? Communicate with Athletic Director and Athletic Director Secretary regarding food
items that need to be ordered.
? May need to work independently for short periods of time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
? Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
? Frequent lifting/pushing/pulling up to 20-30lbs
HOURS OF WORK: Shifts vary –
? Required to have the concession stand ready to open for all home events.
? Ability to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
? Hours vary during each season.
o Aug. – Nov. is approx. averages 8 - 10 hours/week
o Nov – May is approx. 10 – 15 hours/week
