What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Solutions Specialist (Collector I)-Bilingual position at Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce?
Purpose: The Member Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting our members in all collection activities. The Member Solutions Specialist will contact members directly to assist with bringing accounts current as well as helping members with additional solutions. Along with collections functions, the Specialist will also assist the Loan Servicing Department in day-to-day processes. Most importantly, the Member Solutions Specialist must strive to create the best member experience possible with follow-through and resolution. This position requires a bilingual/Spanish speaking candidate to adequately field member calls.
