Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets, grow existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and manage a results-driven sales team; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand advocacy.
- Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product and pricing strategies.
