Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain purchasing strategies to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Manage inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate the timely delivery of materials.
- Utilize ERP for tracking inventory, processing purchase orders, and managing supplier relationships.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities in procurement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding purchasing and contract management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to align purchasing activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management and materials management.
- Familiarity with ERP software for procurement processes is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Experience in E-commerce purchasing or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
