RV Parts Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service, managing inventory, and supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for the automotive industry, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selection.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register.
• Assist in other duties such as runnung errands, and cleaning rvs if needed.
• Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers and vendors.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services to meet market demands.
• Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity and efficiency within the retail environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive repair or related fields is advantageous but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $10.00 - $13.53 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
