Web / Graphic Designer Position Summary
The Web / Graphic Designer is responsible for developing brand assets in a variety of formats, channels and venues, from collateral and advertising materials to apparel, websites and trade show displays.
Web / Graphic Designer Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with members of the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute creative strategies for internal and external communications efforts.
- Design, develop and maintain company websites; create engaging, functional and user-friendly web and landing pages.
- Create on-brand brochures, ads (digital and print), trade show displays, apparel designs, presentations, and graphics for digital and print applications.
- Assist in developing, ordering, and stocking branded apparel.
- Maintain, promote, and safeguard the Lexicon brand and graphic standards in all areas of communication.
- Work in and maintain the team’s project management system.
- Work with the Content Creator and Marketing Director to develop content for Lexicon’s internal and external communications platforms.
- Utilize and optimize use of the company’s Digital Asset Management System.
- Work with outside vendors (designers, photographers, videographers, editors, as needed to create engaging multi-media content for all channels.
- Support Lexicon companies, divisions and departments with on-brand proposals, presentations and collateral materials.
- Stay current on content, social, and digital trends as it relates to our business.
- Contribute marketing and communications ideas and recommendations to the Marketing and Communications team.
- Complete special projects assigned by the Marketing Director.
- The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.
