Core Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans that outline the timeline, resources, scope, and budget for IT deployment initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, development, operations, vendors) to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Establish risk management plans to mitigate potential issues during deployment.
2. Resource Management:
- Identify and allocate resources needed for the project, including team members, hardware, software, and budget
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure adequate staffing for the project.
- Manage vendor relationships to secure necessary products or services.
- Microsoft Windows Imaging: image capture and replication through MDT/DISM
- Scripting via Command Line and PowerShell to automate tasks.
- Ability to provide Support for Microsoft Intune Device Configuration.
- Understanding of device configuration through Microsoft SCCM.
- Device Registration in various Pre-provisioning Systems (Autopilot, ZTE, DEP).
- BIOS/UEFI Setup and Configuration.
- Capture and replicate contents of a physical hard disk drive media via hardware/software.
- Microsoft Windows Server Administration (WDS, MDT, DHCP, DNS, RRAS).
- Maintain image repository for multisite support.
- Additional device management asset support in the Google Admin Console and via the Microsoft Intune Admin Center.
- Networking hardware/software configuration and support (Routers/APs/VPNs).
- Imaging hardware/software configuration and support (MS Windows Server, PC, Mac, Android, ChromeOS, and applications)
- Collaborate with other IT Administration (Internal/external) to establish device configuration goals per project.
- Create, maintain, support, and update departmental provisioning processes and work instructions.
- Review process/work instruction efficiency to enhance productivity goals.
- Provide training and technical configuration support for departmental team leads on project processes/work instructions.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing IT projects
- Experience with Windows Imaging and Intune Device Registration/Config Profiles.
- Experience with Google/Apple Device Registration, Provisioning, and Administration.
- 3 Years experience in IT device manager role or similar role
