Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar, kitchen, and food preparation areas by following established protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Lexima's safety policies and regulations at all times.
- Work closely with the food and beverage supervisor and sales staff to service meeting rooms, events, and catering needs.
- Practice proactive hazard removal and issue correction throughout the work shift.
- Collect and clean dirty dishes and glasses during the shift to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Set up and break down bar and food service as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare food according to Lexima/Brand standards to meet customer expectations.
- Be attentive at the bar and check with guests frequently to provide exceptional customer service.
