Bar Service Position
This Hotel Bar Server role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our hospitality staff, this role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring compliance with Lexima's safety policies and regulations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Duties:
- Deliver top-notch customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about menu offerings and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar, kitchen, and food preparation areas.
- Follow Lexima's safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage supervisor and sales staff to plan and execute successful events and catering services.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including collecting and cleaning dirty dishes and glasses.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar and food service as needed.
- Prepare food according to Lexima/Brand standards to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor food and bar inventories and maintain appropriate levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
- Comply with Lexima/Brand compliance standards and regulations at all times.
