We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Cocktail Host to join our team at Lexima. Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about menu offerings and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar, kitchen, and food preparation areas.
- Follow Lexima's safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage supervisor and sales staff to plan and execute successful events and catering services.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including collecting and cleaning dirty dishes and glasses.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar and food service as needed.
- Prepare food according to Lexima/Brand standards to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor food and bar inventories and maintain appropriate levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
