The Holiday Inn Express is looking for a Breakfast Attendant who is responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining the complimentary breakfast service for hotel guests. This role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming breakfast area while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange breakfast items according to brand standards, including hot and cold food options.
- Ensure food presentation is visually appealing, fresh, and properly labeled.
- Monitor food temperature and quality to meet safety regulations.
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the breakfast service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, floors, and equipment.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local health department and Holiday Inn Express brand standards.
- Clean and sanitize serving utensils and equipment after each use.
- Monitor and replenish breakfast supplies and condiments.
- Assist with inventory counts and notify management of low stock or needed reorders.
- Handle food and beverage items efficiently to minimize waste.
Qualifications
- Food handling certificate in states or counties where required.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements
