LBHS provides in-home / community-based 1 : 1 psycho social rehabilitating therapy and complex behavior analysis intervention for at-risk children and young adults with severe behavior with co-occurring DD and SMI and / or medical diagnoses. Our blended therapy model combines the benefits of relationship-based therapy with all the accountability of data informed treatment planning and execution. Our direct support behavior health coaching staff work out in the field and are managed by BHT case managers. Our clinical supervisors work alongside the Clinical Director, making up the LBHS Clinical Leadership Team. Together we serve the valleys’ most deserving and venerable populations, keeping them safe and in the community of their choice where they can maintain the relationships and values that matter most to them.

At LBHS, the Clinical Director and the clinical leadership team prioritize serving members. They are not responsible for hiring, firing, recruiting staff. They have no billing or administrative duties and are not required to manage an individual caseload in addition to their clinical leadership responsibilities.

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
