Key Responsibilities :

Professionalism

  • Upholds LBHS policies, maintains appropriate dress, leads clinical meetings, uses professional communication and ensures proper boundaries.
  • Responds promptly to feedback, covers essential duties when absent and
  • replies to communications within the same business day

Professional Growth

  • This role ensures services align with regulations and best practices while fostering collaboration within the healthcare community including :
  • Overseeing behavioral health and skills assessments
  • training supervisors and implementing interventions
  • Managing time effectively and analyzing data to improve services
  • Enhances clinical operations and promotes LBHS’s mission
  • Clinical Supervisor Support

  • Provides immediate crisis responses
  • Communicates urgent situations
  • Attends Care Team meetings and supports clinical case supervisors in coordinating care
  • Assist Supervisors during challenges, share accountability and ensure adequate coaching support
  • Staff and Patient Clinical Integrity

  • Reinforces appropriate behavior, oversees professional development and conduct fidelity checks
  • Analysis of data, best practices and staff adherence
  • Ensures proper data management, monitors growth plans and oversees data completion
  • Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree BCBA, LBA (Minimum Required)
  • Current AZ registration with AHCCCS (Required)
  • Current AZ licensure with AZ Board of Psychologist Examiners (Required)
  • Behavioral health services : 5 years (Preferred)
  • Supervising Clinician : 5 years (Required)
  • Starting Salary :

  • 95,000 to $115,000 starting salary DOE
  • Employment reviews that include up to 5k in salary increase annually
  • No fiscal productivity requirements for any LBHS staff
  • No noncompete clause for any LBHS staff
  • Professional development allowance - Combined annual allotment of up to 5K that can be used for a combination of the following costs as determined by clinical director and approved by LBHS :
  • Annual conference attendance costs
  • Required continuing education credit costs
  • Costs of maintaining certification and AZ licensure
  • Costs associated with Tuition / student loan repayment
  • Verified initial relocation expenses

    LBHS provides in-home / community-based 1 : 1 psycho social rehabilitating therapy and complex behavior analysis intervention for at-risk children and young adults with severe behavior with co-occurring DD and SMI and / or medical diagnoses. Our blended therapy model combines the benefits of relationship-based therapy with all the accountability of data informed treatment planning and execution. Our direct support behavior health coaching staff work out in the field and are managed by BHT case managers. Our clinical supervisors work alongside the Clinical Director, making up the LBHS Clinical Leadership Team. Together we serve the valleys’ most deserving and venerable populations, keeping them safe and in the community of their choice where they can maintain the relationships and values that matter most to them.

At LBHS, the Clinical Director and the clinical leadership team prioritize serving members. They are not responsible for hiring, firing, recruiting staff. They have no billing or administrative duties and are not required to manage an individual caseload in addition to their clinical leadership responsibilities.
