About the Role
As a W2 Sales Representative - Closer, you’ll assist homeowners in navigating their insurance claims to secure a new roof with minimal expense. With pre-qualified leads provided, your focus will be on closing deals and helping homeowners.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with pre-qualified leads!
- Guide homeowners through insurance claims and roofing solutions.
- Use tools like Monday.com to track leads and progress.
- Thrive in an outdoor and on-the-roof environment.
Who We’re Looking For
We want top-tier sales professionals with:
- 3 Years of Proven Sales Experience: A track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
- Drive and Ambition: Motivated self-starters who thrive in a commission-based environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You know how to build trust, overcome objections, and close the sale.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with CRM and sales tracking software.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to climb roofs and work outdoors.
