Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Lead Generation & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts and implementing marketing automation strategies to optimize our customer acquisition and engagement processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation best practices, and proficiency in marketing automation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Lead Generation Strategies: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive lead generation campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to:
- Paid Media (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Text Message Marketing
- Marketing Automation Implementation and Management:
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier) to streamline marketing processes, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and manage automated workflows, email sequences, and customer journeys.
- Integrate marketing automation systems with other tools, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CMS (Content Management Systems).
- Website Management and Optimization:
- Manage and update website content using WordPress.
- Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates and user experience.
- Ensure website is optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across all channels.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.
- Segment email lists to deliver targeted and personalized messages.
- Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Text Message Marketing:
- Develop and execute text message marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and best practices.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and content, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (X years) in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and text message marketing.
- Experience with WordPress content management system.
- Solid understanding of lead generation best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
