What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coach position at LEXINGTON CHRISTIAN ACADEMY?

Support the Varsity Head Coach in all necessary duties..
Coordinate and facilitate practices every weekday in-season (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM).
Provide sport specific instruction and guidance to student-athletes.
Assist in the development and implementation of in-game instructions.
Work directly with the Varsity Head Coach to:
- Align program values and culture with that of LCA.
- Develop program strategy and cohesion techniques.
Serve as a mentor athletically and spiritually to LCA student-athletes.
Help facilitate and manage games.
Assist in all other duties.
