What are the responsibilities and job description for the Varsity Softball Head Coach position at LEXINGTON CHRISTIAN ACADEMY?
Coordinate and mentor coaching staff.
Conduct practices every weekday in-season (3:30 PM - 5:30 PM).
Develop program strategy and cohesion techniques.
Provide sport specific instruction and guidance to student-athletes.
Develop and implement in-game instructions.
Coordinate and facilitate strength and conditioning.
Work directly with the Athletic Director to:
Hire coaching staff.
Determine schedule.
Align program values and culture with that of LCA.
Serve as a mentor athletically and spiritually to LCA student-athletes.
Help facilitate and manage games.
